From Prep to Payday — The Complete Walkthrough
You've scoped out the Kortz Center and your planning board is loaded. Now it's time to execute. This guide walks you through every prep mission, the optimal loadout for solo stealth, and a step-by-step finale walkthrough designed to get you the maximum possible payout with zero alerts.
Prep Mission Categories
Before you can launch the heist finale, you need to complete several categories of prep missions. Some are mandatory, others are optional but highly recommended.
Infiltration Gear (Choose One)
Your infiltration gear determines how you enter the Kortz Center and your initial disguise:
- Staff Key Card — Basic access, straightforward approach
- Tactical Equipment — Combat-ready gear for aggressive approaches
- Alpha Mail Disguise — Delivery driver cover, blends in naturally with staff (recommended for stealth)
- Hazmat Suit — Specialized disguise for specific entry routes
Recommendation: The Alpha Mail Disguise is the best choice for solo stealth. You arrive in a delivery van and blend in with the staff, making the early infiltration phase almost effortless.
Unmarked Weapons (Choose One)
- Street — Basic loadout
- Security — Mid-tier weapons
- Military — High-tier weapons, best firepower
For stealth runs, your weapon choice matters less since you'll be avoiding combat. But Military gives you the best backup if things go sideways.
Getaway Vehicle (Choose One)
- Motorcycle — Fast and agile through traffic
- Armored Car — Tanky but slower, good if you trigger alerts
- Helicopter — Fastest escape, avoids all ground pursuit
Recommendation: The Helicopter is the cleanest getaway. You're airborne before the cops even know what happened.
Equipment (Mandatory)
These two prep missions are required — you cannot start the finale without them:
- Access Code — Needed to bypass security doors
- Hacking Device — Required for electronic locks and systems
Optional Prep Missions (From Scope Out)
These are unlocked by scoping out Points of Interest. Complete all of them for the easiest possible finale:
| Prep Mission | What It Does | Priority |
|---|---|---|
| Guard Routes | Shows all guard positions on your map | Essential |
| EMP Charges | Disables lights and cameras | Essential |
| Glass Cutter | Lets you steal from display cases | High |
| Power Drills | Opens lockboxes for extra loot | High |
| Guard Shipments | Weakens enemy armor and weapons | Medium |
Guard Routes + EMP Charges together make stealth almost trivial. You'll know exactly where every guard is and can kill the lights at will.
Recommended Setup for Max Payout
If you want the absolute maximum take, here's the optimal loadout:
- ✅ Alpha Mail Disguise (smoothest infiltration)
- ✅ Military weapons (best backup plan)
- ✅ Helicopter getaway (cleanest escape)
- ✅ All 5 optional preps completed (easiest finale, most loot access)
- ✅ All entry points scoped (maximum flexibility)
- ✅ All secondary targets photographed (more items to grab)
Solo Stealth Walkthrough — Step by Step
This walkthrough uses the Alpha Mail Disguise approach via the Loading Bay. Follow these steps for a clean, undetected run.
Step 1: Infiltration
Use the Alpha Mail van to drive into the Kortz Center through the Loading Bay. Your disguise lets you pass the initial checkpoint without suspicion.
Step 2: Reach the Security Room
Once inside, make your way to the security control room. Take out guards silently along the way — melee takedowns only, no gunshots. You'll need to grab an access code from one of the guards.
Step 3: Disable Security Systems
In the security room:
- Disable the cameras so they stop tracking you
- Wipe the CCTV footage from the computer
- If you have EMP Charges, deploy them to kill the lights — this makes the rest of the heist significantly easier
Step 4: Disable the Display Case Alarm
Before looting anything in display cases, head to the alarm panel behind the security desk on the bottom floor and disable it. Skip this step and breaking a display case triggers a full alert.
Step 5: Access the Vault
Make your way to the vault using the access code and hacking device. Inside, steal the primary target — "La Dernière Débauche".
If you completed the Power Drills prep, drill open the lockboxes on the vault walls for extra cash.
Step 6: Loot Secondary Targets
After securing the primary target, work your way through the building grabbing secondary targets:
- Named paintings on the walls
- Display case items (alarm must be disabled + Glass Cutter required)
- Buyer's request items (gold dollar icon) for bonus payouts
- Prioritize the gold-marked items — they're worth the most
Step 7: Clean Exit
Exit through one of your scoped entry/exit points. If you've maintained stealth throughout:
- No police pursuit
- No combat
- Maximum payout bonus for an undetected heist
Head to your getaway vehicle (helicopter recommended) and deliver the goods.
Solo vs. Crew: Which Is Better?
| Solo | Crew (2+) | |
|---|---|---|
| Profit split | Keep 100% | Split with crew |
| Upstairs loot room | ❌ Inaccessible | ✅ Requires 2nd player |
| Difficulty | Harder, no backup | Easier with coordination |
| Speed | Slower, one set of hands | Faster looting |
Solo is better for pure profit if you can handle the stealth. Crew gives you access to the upstairs loot room and makes the heist faster, but you're splitting the take.
Max Payout Checklist
Use this checklist before launching the finale:
- Complete scope out — all 4 entry points found

- Disable cameras and CCTV
